Anti-Integrin alpha 6 Antibody [ARC51523] (A306270)

Western blot analysis of extracts of A-431 cells, using Anti-Integrin alpha 6 Antibody [ARC51523] (A306270) at 1:1,000 dilution. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.

Flow cytometry analysis of HT-1080 cells, stained with Rabbit IgG isotype control (10 µg/ml, blue line) or Anti-Integrin alpha 6 Antibody [ARC51523] (A306270), (10 µg/ml green line), followed by Alexa Fluor 647 conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal antibody (1:600 dilution) staining. Non-fluorescently stained HT-1080 cells, used as blank control (red line).
