Anti-IL8 Antibody was used to detect IL-8 expression in the stratum corneum of psoriatic skin tissue. IHC result of detection using Anti-IL8 Antibody, biotinylated secondary antibody and avidin-HRP. The specimen was stained with DAB substrate for 5-10 min, and counter-stained with hematoxylin.
