Anti-IL-13 Antibody (Biotin) - BSA and Azide free
Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to IL-13 (Biotin).
Specificity
This antibody recognises mouse Interleukin-13 (IL-13), a 12.3kDa immunoregulatory cytokine produced primarily by activated T helper type 2 (Th2) cells and also by mast cells and NK cells. The biological properties of IL-13 include stimulation of B cell proliferation and antibody production. IL-13 plays an important role in the induction of the pathophysiological features of allergic asthma, independently of Immunoglobulin E and eosinophils.
