Anti-HLA G Antibody [87G] (PE)

Mouse monoclonal [87G] antibody to HLA G (PE).

This antibody recognizes both membrane-bound and soluble forms of HLA G (HLA G1 and HLA G5). HLA G belongs to the MHC Class I molecules and it is expressed on the surface of trophoblast cells. This antibody blocks interaction of HLA G with inhibitory receptors.

Flow Cytometry: Extracellular and Intracellular staining: 2-3 µg/ml; Positive Control: JEG-3 human choriocarcinoma epithelial cell line.
