Mouse monoclonal (174) antibody to Hepatitis C Virus NS4.

This antibody recognises synthetic NS-4a protein (residues 1689-1735 on HCV polyprotein) and recombinant chimeric HCV polyprotein (60 kDa).

Human hepatitis C virus.

This antibody does not recognise recombinant core protein C + envelope protein M (residues 1 -142), synthetic core protein C (residues 1 -61), recombinant NS-3 Protein (residues 1252 -1477) and synthetic NS-3 Protein (residues 1378 -1458).

Purified recombinant chimeric HCV polyprotein (555 amino acid residues).
