This antibody recognises both the heavy and light chains of mouse IgG. Immunoelectrophoresis revealed a single precipitin arc against anti goat serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Reactivity against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, rabbit, rat and sheep immunoglobulins was minimized by adsorbtion.

Supplied in 0.02M Potassium Phosphate with 0.15M Sodium Chloride and 0.01% Sodium Azide.
