This antibody recognises human IgE. Minimal cross-reactivity (<0.1% ) is expected with other human immunoglobulins and light chains.Goat anti Human IgE in a biotinylated format has been successfully employed as a detection reagent in the development of a sensitive sandwich ELISA for the measurement of human IgE.

Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10⁶ cells in 100µl.
