General Notes
This antibody was isolated by affinity chromatography using antigen coupled to agarose beads. Fab fragments were generated using a papain digestion, and Fc fragments and whole IgG molecules were removed. Fab fragments were then conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).
