Store in the dark at 4°C. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze!

Antiserum was solid phase adsorbed to ensure specificity, and this antibody was subsequently isolated by affinity chromatography using antigen coupled to agarose beads. F(ab')2 fragments were generated using a pepsin digestion, and Fc fragments and whole IgG molecules were removed. F(ab')2 fragments were then conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).
