Rabbit polyclonal antibody to GATA1 (phospho Ser310).
Specificity
This antibody recognises GATA1 when phosphorylated at serine 310. GATA1 is a member of the GATA transcription factor family and plays a significant role in the maturation of blood cells such as red blood cells, mast cells and eosinophils. Phosphorylation of GATA1 at serine 310 occurs via activation of AKT. Phosphorylation of GATA1 at serine 310 plays a role in normal and pathogenic erythopoietis.
