Mouse monoclonal [2H11] antibody to Thyroglobulin.

This antibody recognizes Thyroglobulin, a 610 kDa extracellular secreted glycoprotein specific to the thyroid gland. Thyroglobulin is mainly expressed on thyroid follicular cells (99.1 %).

IHC-P: 1:80 - 1:100; pretreatment: heat retrieval in 0.01M citrate buffer, pH 6 (microwave oven); Positive Control: thyroid gland, follicular adenoma.
