Anti-TCR gamma + TCR delta Antibody [TCR-1]

Mouse monoclonal [TCR-1] antibody to TCR gamma + TCR delta.

This antibody recognises chicken TCR ?/d expressed on peripheral blood T cells. In the chicken TCR ?/d is more widely expressed than in mammals, approximately 20 – 25% of total blood T cells being ?/d +ve , in young birds (age around 6 months) this figure can rise to nearly 50%.
