Rabbit polyclonal antibody to TBL1X.

This antibody recognises Transducin Beta Like 1 X-Linked (TBL1X), also known as SMAP55 and F-box-like/WD repeat-containing protein TBL1X. TBL1X is linked to the X chromosome, while TBL1Y is encoded by the same gene on the Y chromosome, and both are closely related to the co-repressor of nuclear hormone transcription factors TBLR1. Similarly, TBL1X is an F-box-like protein that plays an essential role in the silencing mediator for retinoid and thyroid hormone receptors complex. TBLR1 functions as an oncogene and is upregulated in colorectal cancer, and TBLR1 knockdown has been shown to inhibit invasive growth of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma cells (Li and Wang. 2008).
