Serial diluted Anti-Flag Monoclonal Antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with a secondary antibody before reading the ELISA. From the above data, the EC50 for Anti-Flag Monoclonal Antibody binding with Synthetic Nanodisc Human ILDR2 Protein (A324778) is 4.527ng/ml.
