Serial diluted Anti-Flag Monoclonal Antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with a secondary antibody before reading the ELISA. From the above data, the EC50 for Anti-Flag Monoclonal Antibody binding with Synthetic Nanodisc Human GPCR TAS1R2 Protein (A325182) is 4.703ng/ml.
