Serial diluted Anti-CCR4 Humanized Antibody [Mogamulizumab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318876) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 for Anti-CCR4 Humanized Antibody [Mogamulizumab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318876) binding with CCR4-VLP is 856.2 µg/ml.
