Serial diluted Anti-CD63 Chimeric Antibody [DMC425] - Azide free (A318747) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 for Anti-CD63 Chimeric Antibody [DMC425] - Azide free (A318747) binding with CD63 full length membrane nanoparticles is 61.65 µg/ml.

Negative Control 1: Synthetic Membrane Nanoparticle Human CD63 Protein (A318464) samples were stained only with Goat Anti-Human lgG Antibody (Alexa Fluor 488). B. Negative Control 2: Control membrane nanoparticles samples were stained with Anti-CD63 Chimeric Antibody [DMC425] - Azide free (A318747) at 2 µg/ml, followed by Goat Anti-Human lgG Antibody (Alexa Fluor 488). C.
