Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-Syntaxin 6 Antibody (A84201)
Syntaxin 6 expression in Human Lymph Node lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-Syntaxin 6 Antibody (A84201) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.

Syntaxin 6 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress Syntaxin 6 and incubated with Anti-Syntaxin 6 Antibody (A84201). Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cell lysate incubated with Anti-Syntaxin 6 Antibody (A84201) (first lane).
