Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-RSPO3 Antibody (A326286)

RSPO3 expression in U2OS (A), A549 (B) HeLa (C), and KNRK (D) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed with Anti-RSPO3 Antibody (A326286) at 0.3µg/ml (A-B) or 0.1µg/ml (C-D) and detected by chemiluminescence.

RSPO3 expression in Human Colon analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by heating in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-RSPO3 Antibody (A326286) at 4µg/ml and revealed with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
