Western blot analysis of various lysates, using Anti-PDPK1 (phospho Ser241) Antibody [ARC57184] (A305373) at 1:2,000 dilution. PC-3 cells were treated by Î»-PP mixed solution (1ul) at 30°C for 30 minutes. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 120s.
