PDE4D expression in COS cell lysate transfected with Human PDE4D1 (1), PDE4D3 (2), and untransfected (3)analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed and 25µg protein was run per lane. Staining was performed with Anti-PDE4D Antibody (A82469) at 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
