Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-Parotid Secretory Protein Antibody (A84920)
Parotid Secretory Protein expression in Mouse Mandibular Gland cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-Parotid Secretory Protein Antibody (A84920) at 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
Figure 2: Immunocytochemistry - Anti-Parotid Secretory Protein Antibody (A84920)
Parotid Secretory Protein expression in Mouse Submandibular Gland cells (blue) analyzed by immunocytochemistry. Staining was performed with Anti-Parotid Secretory Protein Antibody (A84920) at 4µg/ml. Ecad stain (red) and the nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
