ELISA of mouse immunoglobulins shows Anti-Mouse IgA Antibody [RM220] reacts to mouse IgA. There is no cross reactivity with mouse IgG1, IgG2a,IgG2b, IgG2c, IgG3, IgM, IgE, or human IgA. The plate was coated with 50ng/well of different immunoglobulins. 200ng/ml, 50ng/ml, or 10ng/ml of Anti-Mouse IgA Antibody [RM220] was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.
