Western blot analysis of rat, mouse liver showing detection of 37.3 kDa MCL1 protein using Anti-MCL1 Antibody (A305045) at 1:1,000 for 2 hours at room temperature with shaking. Load: 15 µg. Block: 5% Skim Milk powder in TBST. The secondary antibody used was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG: HRP at 1:5,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Color Development: ECL solution for 5 minutes at room temperature. Predicted/Observed Size: 37.3 kDa. Other Band(s): 28.6 kDa.
