Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-IRSp53 Antibody (A82471)

IRSp53 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress FLAG tagged IRSp53 an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-IRSp53 Antibody (A82471) at 1.0 µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-Flag at 1:3000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-IRSp53 Antibody (A82471) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).

IRSp53 expression in Human Cortex analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-IRSp53 Antibody (A82471) at 3.75µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).
