Anti-Integrin alpha V Antibody [NKI-M9]

Mouse monoclonal [NKI-M9] antbody to Integrin alpha V.

This antibody binds the CD51 antigen, alpha chain of vitronectin receptor (VNR-a chain) which forms a complex with: CD61 antigen (GP IIIa or b3 chain); b5 Integrin and b1 Integrin. The platelet a-b3 complex functions as a vitronectin receptor and platelet adhesion to vitronectin is inhibited by NKI-M9.
