Human IgE ELISA Kit is based on the quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique to measure concentration of human IgE in the samples. A monoclonal antibody specific for human IgE has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standard, samples and HRP-linked detect antibody specific for IgE are pipetted into the wells and IgE present is bound by the immobilized antibody and detect antibody following incubation. After washing, substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of IgE bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
