Description du produit
Mouse monoclonal [JC159] antibody to Glycophorin A (PE-Cyanine 7).
Spécificité
This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope, between amino acids 27-40, of CD235a, a sialoglycoprotein expressed on early erythroblasts, late erythroblasts, erythroblasts, mature erythrocytes, and the cells of erythroid cell lines K562 and HEL. This antibody does not react with Glycophorin B.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Recommander des dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
