Figure 2: Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116] (A121312)
ELISA of human immunoglobulins shows Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116] reacted to the ?1, ?2, ?3, ?4 heavy chain of human IgGs, and the Fc of human IgG. There is no cross reactivity with other human heavy chains, mouse IgG, rat IgG, or goat IgG. The plate was coated with 50ng/well of different immunoglobulins. 200ng/ml or 50ng/ml of Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116] was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.
Figure 3: Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116] (A121312)
A titer ELISA using Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116]. The plate was coated with different amounts of human IgG1. A serial dilution of Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116] was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.
Figure 4: Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116] (A121312)
Sandwich ELISA using Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116] as the capture antibody (100ng/well), and Anti-Human Ig Light Chain Antibody [RM129] (Biotin) as the detection antibody (1µg/ml), followed by an alkaline phosphatase conjugated streptavidin.
Figure 5: Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116] (A121312)
Sandwich ELISA using Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116] as the capture antibody (100ng/well), and Anti-Human Ig Light Chain Antibody [RM129] (Biotin) as the detection antibody (1µg/ml), followed by an alkaline phosphatase conjugated streptavidin.
Figure 6: Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116] (A121312)
Cross-reactivity data of a selection of anti-human IgG antibodies against monkey IgG. ELISA plate was coated with 0.1µg/well, 2µg/ml, or 50µl/well of Rhesus monkey IgG (protein A purified from serum). A serial dilution of Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116] was used as a primary antibody along with serial dilutions of Anti-Human IgG1 Antibody [RM117], Anti-Human IgG2 Antibody [RM118], Anti-Human IgG3 Anitbody [RM119], Anti-Human IgG4 Antibody [RM120], Anti-Human Kappa Light Chain Antibody [RM126], and Anti-Human Lambda Light Chain Antibody [RM127]. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.
