Western blot analysis of extracts of Jurkat and Raji cells, using Anti-FAK (phospho Tyr576 + Tyr577) Antibody (A11014) at 1:1,000 dilution. Jurkat cells were treated by CD-3 (10 µg/ml) for 2 minutes after serum-starvation overnight or treated by PMA/TPA (200nM) for 10 minutes. Raji cells were treated by PMA/TPA (200nM) for 30 minutes. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.
