Western blot analysis of mouse, rat brain showing detection of ~43.1, 38.2, 40.1 kDa ERK1 protein using Anti-ERK1 Antibody (A305048) at 1:1,000 for 2 hours at room temperature. Lane 1: Molecular Weight Ladder (MW). Lane 2: mouse Brain. Lane 3: rat Brain. Load: 15 µg. Block: 5% Skim Milk in 1X TBST. The secondary antibody used was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG: HRP at 1:5,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Color Development: ECL solution for 5 minutes at room temperature.
