Anti-DNA Polymerase beta Anticorps (A356)

Detection of DNA polymerase beta in crude extract of HeLa cells by western blotting. Anti-DNA polymerase beta Antibody was used at 1:2,000 dilution. 10µg of the cell extract was used. Detection of DNA polymerase beta by western blotting. Lane 1: NIH 3TS cells (20µg). Lane 2: CHO cells (20µg). Lane 3: Full size recombinant DNA polymerase beta (5.2ng). Anti-DNA polymerase beta Antibody was used at 1:2,000 dilution. Immunofluorescence staining of DNA polymerase beta in NIH 3T3 cells with Anti-DNA polymerase beta Antibody. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X-100. Anti-DNA polymerase beta Antibody was used at 1:1,000 dilution. Nulear DNA was stained with DAPI and the merged image was shown on the right.
