Western Blot - Anti-DDX6 Antibody (A84180)

DDX6 expression in Daudi (A), Jurkat (B) and HepG2 (C) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-DDX6 Antibody (A84180) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
