Western Blot - Anti-DCUN1D1 Antibody (Biotin) (A84793)
DCUN1D1 expression in HepG2 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-DCUN1D1 Antibody (Biotin) (A84793) at 0.5µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence using horseradish peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and using NAP blocker to substitute for skimmed milk.
