Principe du test
The kit provides a simple method for detecting the cysteine content in a variety of biological samples such as liquid samples, tissues, cells, and bacteria. Cysteine reduces phosphotungstic acid to produce tungsten blue, which has an absorption peak at 600 nm; the cysteine content is calculated from the absorbance at 600 nm.
