Description
Goat polyclonal antibody to CXCL9 (Biotin).
Specificity
This antibody recognises pig CXCL9, otherwise known as MIG (monokine induced by interferon-gamma). CXCL9 is a member of the C-X-C family of chemokine receptors, secreted by interferon γ stimulated monocytes, macrophages (Müller et al. 2010) and endothelial cells. CXCL9 acts as a Th1 (type 1 helper T) cell chemoattractant, and plays a role in the growth, activation and movement of cells associated with tumor growth inhibition and angiogenesis.
