This antibody recognises mouse lipopolysaccharide-induced CXC chemokine (LIX), is also known as CXCL5.LIX is a 9.9kD chemokine, expressed by fibroblasts, that is induced by bacterial lipopolysaccharides and is chemotactic for neutrophils.

Reconstitute with 0.1 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution.

Lyophilized: Store at -20°C. Reconstituted: Store undiluted at -20°C, avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
