Affinity chromatography on immobilized Collagen type I.

Reconstitution dependent.

Reconstitute with 0.5 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 1% Bovine Serum Albumin and 0.09% sodium azide is recommended.

Supplied in 0.1M Sodium Chloride with 0.01M Sodium Phosphate, 0.01M Sodium Borate, 1% Dextran, and 1% Mannitol.

Lyophilized: Store at 4°C. Reconstituted: Store at -20°C, avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended.
