Anti-CD34 Antibody [QBEnd-10] (PerCP-Cyanine 5.5)

Mouse monoclonal [QBEnd-10] antibody to CD34 (PerCP-Cyanine 5.5).

This antibody reacts with an extracellular class II epitope on CD34, a 110-115 kDa monomeric transmembrane phosphoglycoprotein expressed on hematopoietic progenitors cells and on the most pluripotential stem cells; it is gradually lost on progenitor cells. This antibody has been also used as an endothelial marker.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
