Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-CD3 zeta Antibody (A82737)

CD3 zeta expression in Jurkat (A) and MOLT4 (B) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-CD3 zeta Antibody (A82737) at 0.1µg/ml (A) or 0.3µg/ml (B) and detected by chemiluminescence.
