Anti-CD19 Antibody [6D5] (PE)

Rat monoclonal [6D5] antibody to CD19 (PE).

This antibody recognises the murine CD19 cell surface antigen, a ~95 kDa glycoprotein expressed by B lymphocytes. recognises the same, or a closely related epitope as clone Rat anti Mouse CD19 antibody, clone ID3 in cross-competition assays.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry: Neat - 1:10, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. This may be reduced by using SeroBlock FcR (BUF041A/BUF041B).
