Western Blot - Anti-Casein Kinase 2 beta Antibody (A82928)

Casein Kinase 2 beta expression in NIH3T3 (A), HeLa (B), K562 (C), MCF7 (D), and HepG2 (E) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-Casein Kinase 2 beta Antibody (A82928) at 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
