CAPZB expression in Jurkat (A), HeLa (B) and NIH-3T3 (C) lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-CAPZB Antibody (A83489) at 0.01µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
