Western Blot - Anti-BOB1 Antibody (A84807)

BOB1 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress FLAG tagged BOB1 an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-BOB1 Antibody (A84807) at 0.5µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-FLAG at 1:3000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-BOB1 Antibody (A84807) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).
