Anti-BDNF Anticorps (A83462)

BDNF expression in U251 cells analyzed by immunofluorescence. Cells were permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Staining was performed with Anti-BDNF Antibody (A83462) at 10µg/ml for 1 hour and Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody at 2µg/ml. Speckled nuclear and cytoplasmic staining shown and nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). Negative control: Goat IgG Isotype Control at 10µg/ml followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody at 2µg/ml.

BDNF expression in cryosection of Mouse sciatic nerve (left) and injured sciatic nerve (right) analyzed by immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed in PFA. Staining was performed with Anti-BDNF Antibody (A83462) at 1µg/ml and Alexa 488.

BDNF expression in Rat Cerebral Cortex (A) and Rat Hippocampus (B) analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6, at 95-98°C. Staining was performed with Anti-BDNF Antibody (A83462) at 5µg/ml and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
