Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-ALK (phospho Tyr1096) Antibody (A10983)

Western blot analysis of extracts of HL-60 and HL-60 cells, using Anti-ALK (phospho Tyr1096) Antibody (A10983) at 1:1,000 dilution. HL-60 cells were treated by 10% FBS after serum-starvation overnight. HL-60 cells were treated by UV for 15-30 minutes. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA.
