Western Blot - Anti-Alcohol Dehydrogenase Antibody (A326213)

Alcohol Dehydrogenase expression in Human Liver (A), Duodenum (B), and Breast (C) lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed with Anti-Alcohol Dehydrogenase Antibody (A326213) at 0.3µg/ml (A), 0.5µg/ml (B), or 1µg/ml (C) and detected by chemiluminescence.
