Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-FOXL2 Antibody (A83945)

FOXL2 expression in Human (A) and Mouse (B) Ovary lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed with Anti-FOXL2 Antibody (A83945) at 2µg/ml (A) or 1µg/ml (B) and detected by chemiluminescence.

FOXL2 expression in Human Ovary analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by heating in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-FOXL2 Antibody (A83945) at 5µg/ml and revealed with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
