Anti-FITC/5-FAM/6-FAM Antibody [ARC51071] (A309593) can bind immobilized biotin-6 Fam, biotin-5 Fam, biotin-FITC, at 1 µg/ml (25 µl/well), of which EC50 ranges are 0.27-0.54 ng/ml, 0.18-0.31 ng/ml and 0.12-0.39 ng/ml, respectively.

Western blot analysis of FITC Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L), using Anti-FITC/5-FAM/6-FAM Antibody [ARC51071] (A309593). The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.
