Anti-Factor H Antibody [OX-24]

Mouse monoclonal [OX-24] antibody to Factor H.

This antibody recognises the human serum complement protein factor H (155 kDa), binding to a different epitope from MRC OX23. The antibody also recognises a 43-49 kDa truncated form of factor H present at low level (1-5 µg/ml) in plasma and urine. In an immunoprecipitation system, it recognises factor H in other primates, but not in cow, sheep, pig, chicken or rabbit sera.recognises Factor H in Western blotting procedures.
